What the...?
I'm sorta lost on what these might be. They look like the dandelion seedballs, but they're huge - between baseball- and softball-sized. I've got the idea that they might be sunflowers, but that's just a guess. Any ideas?

I do believe that is some form of the dandylion as the spent seed pods and the leaves also look like one. It doesn't look anything like a sunflower to me. I love flowers. This in my first visit to you blog. I saw it feature in Southern muson the aol journals. I have as AOL journal if you care to look at it. You are welcome to visit.
